Job Duties

Provide technical support via cell phone or email.
Assist on installs when required.
Create and upkeep technical documentation (will train).
Assist in technical presentations (will train)

Requirements

Poses excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Mechanically inclined.
Complete the "on job training" program by working with installers and technicians.
Proficient with a PC.
Job related experience preferred but not required.
