Convenient, hygienic and efficient automatic doors for curbside and drive-through service

TORMAX service sliding door

TORMAX sets a new standard – Sliding doors for curbside and drive-through service

Curbside and drive-through establishments across the United States are discovering the advantages of the TORMAX service sliding door system. This unique door system was specifically engineered for use in drive-through restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. The various designs and configurations are already successfully proven in many stores. It is just as suitable for new buildings as it is for retrofits.

TORMAX service sliding doors are fully automatic and operate in two modes: (1) as a service window for standard drive-through servicing, and (2) as a convenient sliding door allowing your staff to step through directly to the waiting customer. The ability to change modes with the flip of a switch allows you to adapt to changes in traffic flow, maximizing customer throughput without sacrificing a personalized service experience.

Three product lines and five models to meet your needs

Units can be sized according to your specific needs, while the standard unit is 7’-0“ wide x 7’-8“ high in anodized or painted finishes. Standard top panel lights are factory glazed with ¼“ thick clear tempered glass, and bottom lights are glazed with ¼” thick aluminum textured infill panels. The door system has on-board provisions to interface an air curtain and provide door status for security. The door system can be activated by buttons, touchless switches or RF devices; re-entry is by card access or key fob. Employees are protected from doors closing by light beam sensors and time-of-flight laser technology.
